If a screening company gave you an access code from a report that used our data, you can see what was furnished and dispute any item on the consumer file and disputes page. Without a code, you can still request your file there; we verify identity before disclosing anything.
Registry records themselves are maintained by each state. To correct an official registry entry, contact that state’s registry. Our state registry guides link to each one.
