- The registries searched. Every search lists the jurisdictions it covered and whether each one answered, so a gap is never read as a clean result.
- A match basis. Full date of birth, birth year, age or name only — the evidence behind each match, in plain words.
- Duplicates merged. A person registered in two states appears once, with both registry records attached.
- Housing status. Where the registry states it, whether the person is listed as homeless, incarcerated or at an address — in one field, whichever state published it.
- The official link. The registry entry that issued the record, so you can confirm before you act.
